Relayvid is a digital SaaS for localizing short product videos for ads and listings. It supports upload, AI-assisted processing, target-language localization, status tracking, and output download.

The service is not intended for children under 16. Certain features require an account. You must keep credentials secure and provide accurate account information.

Relayvid uses USD pricing and may offer free trial or promotional credits. Paid use is planned around credit packs. Payments are processed through Polar or another payment provider.

Future subscriptions or auto-renewing products will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason.

For digital services or digital content, this right may be lost once performance begins with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that the withdrawal right is lost. Starting a video processing job with credits may constitute such performance where properly disclosed.

Refunds outside the withdrawal period are handled according to applicable consumer law and our refund policy. Mandatory rights under the Digital Content Directive and other local consumer laws remain unaffected.

Uploaded videos are private processing content, not public posts. Relayvid is not a social network, marketplace, or user-to-user platform. You retain your rights in uploaded content and grant us a limited license to process it for the service.

You must not upload illegal, infringing, harmful, or unauthorized content. We may refuse processing, remove content, suspend access, or terminate accounts where needed for legal compliance, security, or material breach.

If we restrict access because of uploaded content, we will provide a reason where required by applicable law.

Relayvid and its software are owned by JJLabsIO or licensors. AI outputs may contain errors. You must review localized videos before commercial use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit liability for death or personal injury, fraud, mandatory consumer rights, or any liability that cannot be excluded.

We may update these Terms with at least 30 days' prior notice for material changes affecting EU consumers. You may stop using the service if you do not agree to the changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.

The Seoul Central District Court is the primary jurisdiction for business disputes. EU consumers may also bring claims in their country of residence where mandatory law allows. The European Commission ODR platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
