Relayvid Terms of Service

Relayvid turns short product videos into cleaner localized videos for ads and listings. Users upload a product short, select or provide a target language, and receive a localized output video where removable captions may be cleaned and localized text may be rendered.

The service is focused on product-short localization and does not provide voice dubbing, lip-sync, general video editing, or legal clearance for uploaded content.

Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us of unauthorized access.

The service is not intended for users under 16. If you use Relayvid on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

Relayvid is planned as a credit-based paid SaaS. A first-video free trial or promotional credits may be offered. Additional processing generally requires credits.

Payments are processed by Polar or another payment provider. Prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise. Future subscriptions or auto-renewing plans will be separately disclosed before purchase.

Unused credits, duplicate charges, and payment errors may be refunded or corrected according to applicable law and our refund policy.

Once you use credits to start a video processing job, refunds for that processing may be limited because digital processing begins at your request. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived.

You retain ownership of videos and other content you upload. You grant Relayvid a limited license to host, process, reproduce, modify, store, and transmit your content only as needed to provide and improve the service, operate security systems, and comply with law.

You are responsible for ensuring that uploaded videos do not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, consumer protection, platform, advertising, or other rights.

You must not upload illegal content, malware, content that infringes rights, content containing personal information without a lawful basis, or content that you are not authorized to process.

We may remove content, refuse processing, suspend access, or terminate accounts where needed for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or material breach.

Relayvid uses AI and automated tools for caption detection, OCR, translation, inpainting, and rendering. Outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed before commercial use.

You are responsible for verifying the accuracy, legality, and platform suitability of localized videos before publishing or using them in ads, listings, or social commerce.

Relayvid, including software, interfaces, workflows, branding, and service materials, is owned by JJLabsIO or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service according to these Terms.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical. We may perform maintenance or emergency changes when required for security, stability, or legal compliance.

Personal information is processed according to our Privacy Policy. Account signup should include required agreement to the Terms and Privacy Policy, plus separate optional consent for marketing emails.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relayvid is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We are not responsible for business losses caused by user misuse, unauthorized uploads, third-party platform decisions, or unreviewed outputs.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by law. Material changes will be announced at least 7 days before the effective date, and changes materially unfavorable to users will be announced at least 30 days in advance where required.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The Seoul Central District Court has primary jurisdiction, except that mandatory consumer protection rules and courts of a user's place of residence may apply where required by law, including for EU consumers.
